Carol McKeag, CPC, is a life coach who partners with people on their Journey of Awakening, supporting them to live from their deep authentic self and create their life from choice.  Coaching for Life & Spirit is about bringing Spirit back into our lives, every day, not just on Sundays.

Carol works with healthy, passionate people who know there is more to life than they are seeing at the moment; people who have a deep desire to live their life expressing their unlimited potential.  Her relationship with clients is a partnership, collaborative and co-creative, enhanced by the synergy that occurs when intentional and curious individuals are committed to a common goal; their Journey.

Carol’s gift is to hold open the space of discovery for you to recognize who you truly are and in the process you will clarify and connect with your deepest and highest yearnings and make empowered choices to create your life from your Essence. Using the coaching model there are several options people can choose to support them in moving forward on their personal Journey.  Each individual tailors the process that is the most effective for them. 

Personal Life Coaching is a process where we explore, clarify and expand the possibilities of your life, one-on-one by telephone or in person, generally for 45 minutes three times a month. Women’s Wisdom Circles create a community and network for women to connect with each other while growing and moving forward to identify and live their life from a place of balance, wholeness, joy and contribution.  We work in circles of no more than seven women to create sacred space and safety. Spiritual mentoring is an in-person process in a sacred space where you explore, inquire, invite, and dance with what Spirit is in your life.  It is not religious or connected with any denomination.  It is about you and I opening the space to meet Spirit, however it shows up in your life. Living Your Vision® and Discover Your Vision™ are intensive one-on-one transformational processes designed for people who are ready to make extraordinary changes in their lives and are willing to commit to live from their Essence, their vision and their purpose. 

Carol is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) receiving her training from the Academy of Coach Training, and International Coach Federation accredited program.  She also completed a two-year training as a Spiritual Mentor from the Namaste program in Portland, is a member of the NW Coaches Association, the International Coaching Federation. In an earlier life she was a Certified Public Accountant and spent thirty years as a professional in the business and not-for-profit worlds.  She brings to each client the wisdom of a spirited life of resilience, rich with experiences, the passion of her beliefs and the dedication to being open to all possibility.
